Our Massage Workshop Is For You!
Join our foundation dog massage training course. We'll give you the tools to both evaluate and treat dogs the right way. Our workshop has been designed to teach individuals how to assess, evaluate, and provide massage treatment to canines safely and successfully.
There are no prerequisites for this course, however, a background in the animal industry or massage is an advantage. Upon completion, participants will have learned the foundations of massaging dogs the right way, safely and effectively and will feel confident to continue to massage their dogs in the comfort of their own homes.

Evaluation & Assessment
You'll learn:
- the importance of anatomy, structure and conformation before treating your dogs, and
- recognise subtle abnormalities in the dog’s movement, earlier, to provide therapeutic benefit and treat injuries before they worsen.
Participants gain hands-on practical experience with their dogs.
Treatment – What, When, Why, Where, & How
You'll also learn the six most-used dog massage techniques and tips to take home and use safely and effectively on your dogs. These include:
- What type of technique to use;
- When the technique is most useful;
- Why the technique will have the best effect on your canine;
- Where on the body the technique should be performed; and
- How to perform the technique
Hands-On Demonstration and Practical Exercise
A demonstration, showing dog massage techniques, effects, and methods, with plenty of practical exercises throughout the workshop, enabling participants to practice skills learned.
